November 2013 – November 2017

  • Executed strategic creative branding direction and the development of marketing collateral increasing growth brand recognition for JELD-WEN® and its’ vendors.
  • Formulating strategies to deliverables across channels generating results, producing growth, and brand awareness. Example: rebranding JELD-WEN, educating consumers, engineer information increasing engaging, finding key points swiftly, and easier to comprehend.
  • Effectively strengthened internal and external communication avenues, products, and deliverables. Executed initiatives, aligned marketing goals, and sales. Expanded brand, design, production, and directed staff on all projects. Corresponded with vendors, scheduled projects, and media. 
  • Created new brand designs for Menard’s home improvement retailer and surpassed customer service expectations. This convinced Menard’s to stock JELD-WEN products exclusively generating sales over 80,000,000 dollars a year.

  • Directed, trained, and instructed designers on layout, design, and productivity to ensure projects surpassed design standards in a timely manner.
  • Triumphed in designing a distinctive proposal, winning the exclusive contract with an allocation of 10-million dollars per year for ten years.
  • Managed the consistency of the several brand channels, designing templates, deliverables, and overseeing the asset management and administration of graphics for America’s sales team. 
  • Developed custom proposals winning contracts increasing the department revenue by 10%. Some of these contracts included Exxon, AT&T, BMW, American Express, Fossil, and other Fortune 500 companies. 
  • Developed, organized, and supervised the addition of metadata/keywords into all images in asset management.
