Designed custom proposals, flyers and packaging for the different sectors at Compass Group. Managed the consistency of the branding direction, templates, asset management and execution of graphics for America’s sales team. Mentored graphic designers on layout, design, and creativity ensuring all projects met or exceeded standards and timelines. Triumphed in designing a one-of-a-kind proposal for Compass Group, winning the bid for Coca-Cola with an allotment of 10-million dollars a year for ten years.
The New York Botanical Garden Selected a vibrant image for the cover to attract attention. On the interior pages, the imagery selected exuded elegance with an explosion of color and exquisiteness of the cuisine. The text was overlaid on an image while the background image was neutral allowing for easy reading.
The Freddie Mac proposal had 3 individual parts and the packaging reflected the idea that Freddie Mac was superior to the competition in the residential mortgage market. Selected rigid industrial images and contrasted with soft food imagery because the proposal was to provide food service to the corporate offices. Incorporated the logo's color and subtlety infused it into the design of each cover.
Coca-Cola By using Coke’s color palate and adding images intertwined within the colors, I was to bring excitement and energy to the layout allowing the focus on to be on important information provided in literature.
American Express Vision Plan This proposal was to win the bid for a new AMEX restaurant being installed in New York City. Using an ipad for ease of technology, people for corporate comradely and images of a cityscape to set the stage for a young, tech business class to dine at.
BMW North America In this food service management bid I pulled from BMW’s brand — metal, BMW blue and black. Using graphics that reflected BMW’s character and technology for this bid, I kept the vice presidents excited wanting to turn for the surprise awaiting on next page, yet making the information on these pages easy to find.
ExxonMobil This Executive Summary was to win the bid for the new college Exxon was building. The cover reflects the ever changing environment to the world and the technology that drives innovation. The hand represents Exxon supporting the environment across the globe.
FOSSIL This bid for Eurest was to land the FOSSIL account. Playing off of their retro vibe, I designed there proposal reflecting Eurest’s services as a remake of the Monopoly Game. Each space on the board represented a company service. That service was then reflected in the proposal using the same graphic that was represented on the cover. The packaging was to reflect a retro box game.
LAB126 This bid was for LAB126 who makes the software for the Kindle. I illustrated the kindle, the icons on the cover and the graphics. The theme and colors were used throughout the bid.
Victoria Airport bid was for the food service business at the airport. The idea on the cover was to use an airplane, have the logo envelop the plane and reflect in the glass building. This graphic conveys Victoria Airport wraps its hospitality arms around you where ever you go.
SUNY Purchase is a liberal college. Using images of art and sciences intertwined, I then added elements to make the cover a piece of art reflecting the possibility of what can be achieved.
Aga Khan Museum is made of Islamic art, Iranian art and Muslim culture located Toronto, Canada. The bid was done for Restaurant Associates. The cover and layout is intertwined with rich eastern culture and fine food.
AT&T proposal cover idea implemented the swirl of the globe with North America overlaid onto the swirls signifying the vast coverage of AT&T. The use of the blue is AT&T blue with light protruding out to add significance.
All-Star Ballpark Heaven will be a very special place that nurtures young baseball and softball athletes nationwide in a way no other tournament facility is envisioning. All-Star Ballpark Heaven’s mission is to be America’s premier venue for fun family memories surrounding seasonal baseball and softball tournaments. It’s the same area that Field of Dreams was filmed on. I used vintage image on the cover and used the quote from the movie. The interior was sprinkled with youth baseball images and each section had its own silhouette player for this section.
Canon U.S.A., Inc. is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions. I collaged images of Canon’s equipment, took their logo, made it 3 dimensional and added highlights to make it appear to be glass.
At Chumash Casino Resort, they are dedicated to the sustainable health of people, the planet and the company. Guided by the principles of integrity, transparency and social responsibility, Chumash promotes sustainable business practices by using resources responsibly. The cover reflects fun and food. Throughout the literature food delivers the possibility of eating like a king.
Crothall Morrison Healthcare is a leading national food and nutrition services company exclusively dedicated to serving more than 600 hospitals and healthcare systems. Morrison’s hospital kitchens, restaurants, and cafés feature socially responsible practices and exceptional guest experiences. The company’s Mindful Choices platform includes the latest in healthful eating and an understanding of behavioral change in food consumption. The cover and layout are simplified to express all the opportunities that Crothall Morrison has to offer.
Walt Disney World was a proposed comp. I used many elements that represent Disney, color, free flowing elements, music, fireworks images in the background. I did this drawing first in illustrator, then transfered to photoshop to give it life.
Fun Ppot is a family-owned business in the entertainment park industry. Making a collage of images, the rides, adding expression and bright colors to give the cover the excitement that the park has to offer.
Harley Davidson is in the business of fulfilling dreams of personal freedom. Bringing that feeling to this literature, I used a black and white image, with the color of the sky to reflect the logo. The logo is made to appear painted on the highway, giving the message of open road, this could be you.
The mission of MIT is to advance knowledge and educate students in science, technology, and other areas of scholarship that will best serve the nation and the world. Making this cover, I represented a dream like state that focuses on science and technology with color, computer imagery and movement.
Moosejaw.com is an online and brick and mortar retailer specializing in outdoor recreation apparel and gear for snowboarding, rock climbing, hiking, and camping. Adding several activities and highlight some equipment, along with word acting as images, made this piece fun.
Steeltown has unique business and program design, planning, marketing and services expertise with decades of hands-on experience, which it has applied to its marketing and strategic planning services as well its youth sports group. The sales representative liked how Moosejaw appeared. I changed the color, increased the logo in the background, changed words and images to a youthful appearance.
The Royal Canadian Mint produces all of Canada’s circulation coins and manufactures coins for other nations. I gather the coins produced by the RCM and collaged them into the logo. Adding a dark background with a glow of red was to push the logo into the foreground and give it as much exposure as possible.
